At a time when organizations are being challenged to rethink and make fundamental shifts in how they operate, and people are dealing with isolation, uncertainty and burnout, this program creates the space and support for leaders to build the necessary awareness, connection, and purpose to move forward with confidence.

Leading Through Change is a multi-module program that includes our self-paced guided reflection exercises plus facilitated peer group sessions focused on the participants' leadership challenges. The online exercises drive self and situational awareness for how they are experiencing changes in their current environment. The facilitated peer group sessions allow the leaders to apply the learning about themselves and their context to become more effective in how they are leading through change.

This program will enable leaders to:

  • Increase self awareness; recognize and differentiate the emotional aspects of change and manage their energy
  • Take a systemic lens to explore the context and challenges around them; build empathy and perspective.
  • Make better decisions and develop new capabilities and mindsets for managing transitions with resilience.

  • Kick-off - Connect to the group and the methodology
  • Looking In - Build awareness of how they are experiencing what is changing; what they are bringing into the situation - what are they motivated by, avoiding, resisting
  • Looking out - Take time to observe the system in which they are operating - how is the landscape shifting, how do their stakeholders influence action - go beyond their silo
  • Moving forward - Identify their adaptive challenges and develop capacities for moving forward in uncertainty and ambiguity. Manage self and others with constructive action and awareness. Build capacity to deal with the tension and complexity with resilience
